Campbell Corporate Services offers experience and support to developers to ensure a smooth transition from the building stage to implementing the Owners Corporation, mindful of the need to minimize developer costs as well as compliance with building and safety regulations.

Our areas of expertise include;

• Ensuring Occupancy Permits comply with ESM
• Preparing an effective budget for the property
• Negotiating with service providers for a discounted group electricity purchase and the installation and maintenance of gas bulk hot water systems
• Addressing issues with common property and car spaces that appear on draft plans of subdivision, in addition to any other Owners Corporation matters that arise at planning stage
• Overseeing the maintenance contracts of facilities that are typically found in new developments such as anchor hooks, car stackers, embedded electrical networks, lifts, sump pumps, recycled waste water systems, intercom systems, automatic glass doors and electronic gates
• Coordinating locks, keys, fobs and security systems including CCTV
• Putting in place waste removal programs
• Creation of Owners Corporation Rules and Regulations
• Handling of building defects 

Assist with the formulation of multiple Owners Corporations to ensure simplicity of management, fairness to owners and compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006.

Arrange for Owners Corporation insurance. Cost of insurance is treated as an item of adjustment upon initial settlement of lots.

Assist with service contracts such as utilities, lifts, Essential Safety Measures and rubbish removal.
